Scott is a Partner and Principal Broker at HOWE Real Estate CRE, licensed and active in commercial real estate since 2013, and co-founder of HOWE Real Estate CRE in 2017.

With a focus on small business and private investment in downtown Louisville, Scott has been able to put together creative strategies to help clients achieve their goals in real estate. His experience and expertise falls into negotiating purchase and lease agreements for any commercial property and square footage that will help clients see a return. Scott’s day to day activities in real estate will continue to grow HOWE’s transactional volume while building success for clients.
